Refund Policy

We at Technical Fixes are very much confident in our expertise, work hard to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and ensure complete value for money to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of any kind of dissatisfaction, we do have a liberal refund and cancellation policy, and we offer:

“No questions asked” full refund applies to any or all of the services we offer, in case the primary/correlated project/issue/service that you are calling about is not resolved/completed within the stipulated time period and as per the mentioned expectation completion made and agreed upon by Technical Fixes and you (the customer). This applies irrespective of the type of order (incidental or contract).

On incidental orders, no refund request will be entertained after 30 days.

On contract-based orders, Technical Fixes may, at its sole discretion, agree to a refund, either in full or on a partial or pro-rata basis, after deducting the service charge of an amount equivalent to the incidental order in such case.

In case the domain, website, and/or the computer(s) you are using is no longer in use or has been replaced by a new domain, website, and/or the computer(s), Technical Fixes may, at its sole discretion, agree to transfer the services to a new domain, website and/or the computer(s) and a “transfer of service” fee will apply.

For any kind of refund or cancellation-related request, a customer agrees to intimate Technical Fixes over the phone or via email, or any other way(s)/mean(s) available on the website, and we will provide a confirmation of the request received and/or the status of the same to the customer via email.

If we have provided you with the services to your satisfaction, we expect to be paid. We will contact you over the phone, and/or the primary email address on the account, regarding such refund/cancellation requests or disputes, in order to reach a mutually beneficial decision. In event of “refusal-to-settle” or “no response” from your side within 3 days, the said charge-back/dispute initiated by you will result in an investigation.

Please note: Credit Card Fraud, including Fraudulent Charge-back, is illegal. If a member dishonestly disputes a charge, it may result in an investigation wherein all chargebacks will be sent to the account holder’s bank and/or credit card company along with all details required, including, but not limited to – your IP address, the proof of service’s rendered, recordings/copy of the communication between you and Technical Fixes and/or its representatives, your agreement to pay and settle the pending dues to Technical Fixes, site access logs, etc. The same will be forwarded to the bank and credit reporting agencies information and records.

Important: You will be charged a minimum amount of $100.00 (it's equivalent in other currencies, as applicable) for filing a fraudulent chargeback. This is our administration charge for handling a charge-back. Further, any “failed” chargebacks will be turned over to our collection agency and this will affect your credit rating. We record all IPs for possible proof to a credit card company along with all logs. Fraudulent chargebacks are illegal, and we will send all information requested by your credit card company.

We take chargebacks seriously and will not tolerate any fraudulent chargebacks. If you feel like you need a refund for some reason, please contact us and let us know.
